Instructions:

1. Download the Word document titled Cases.

2. Once you have downloaded the document, carefully review the description of behaviors, which are
described in each of the four cases presented, then answer the questions therein. (You need to answer
all questions in each case).

3. It is essential that you argue your answers.

2. A foreigner looking for a place to live in Mexico City finds an apartment, which he decides to rent.

3. A father who was given COVID, lost his job, now his ex-wife cannot receive the expense for their
children.

4. An elderly woman, she has no children, lives very modestly in the irregular settlement, parallel to
the train tracks, every day she sells candy outside the ESCA.

This is so because they are complying with the proper rules of coexistence, that is to say, they agreed
to see each other in a healthy way without the need to attack each other in any way.

These are social behaviors and are in fact regulated by law.

3. What rules regulate the conduct(s) indicated in the previous answer?


The Coexistence Law is a Mexican legal regulation published in the Official Gazette of the Federal
District on November 16, 2006, which became effective the day after the 120 calendar day period
following its publication, i.e. March 17, 2007.

These are Federal Standards.
