- We propose to the children that we will start with the girls, we sing and at the end
of the song each girl recognizes her name and takes it out of the slip of paper and
takes it to her place.
- Then with the children we taste the song and then they draw their name.

INFORMATION SEARCH:

- We ask them to look at their name on the card they were given and count
how many letters are on it.
- We then ask them to go over each letter with their finger.
- Then they go over with their color.
- We motivate and help children to write their name if they need it.
- We return to the classroom and give them an index card to cut out the
letters of their name and glue them in each square and identify whether
their name is long or short.
