REHEARSAL.- Dry Tech, Makeup/Hair needed, Costumes needed, Stage crew needed

Light and Sound company to complete set up. Back stage crew complete set up.

8:00-11:30 School Assembly Matinee-
8:00-9:30 getting into costume and makeup. (CAST A)
Hair and Makeup - Stage Crew Set for performance
9:30- Matinee Showtime!
Show is finished, scenery reset, and cleaned up by 11:30. Crew go
back to class. Cast to remain in the Sports Hall through period 4
unless you need to go back to class.
Periods 5-6 Back to class as normal.
15:30-17:00 Dinner at school. (Food provided by the cafeteria company for
a set price) Resting and relaxing before the evening performance. Do not go
home and do not leave school!!! We will help organize food for you.
17:00-21:30 Evening Performance
17:00-18:30 getting into costume and makeup (CAST B)
Hair and Makeup - Stage Crew Set for performance
18:30- Pre-show announcements and passing the energy
19:00- Showtime!
20:00-21:00 Clean-up and reset for tomorrow.

Friday 24 November 07:30 - 09:00 Set Strike

- Cast, stage crew, staff and parents are invited to come clear out the
Waves. This is usually completed quite quickly when many hands are
available.
Monday 27 November CAST and CREW PARTY!!! 15:30-17:15
- Food will be provided by cast members there will be a signup, cake and
show poster for signing provided by the school.
