Questions or directions
Any AISJ music student, wearing a white AISJ polo shirt, will be able to answer
questions or point you in the direction of someone who will know.

Prayer Room
AISJ has a dedicated prayer room outside of the main entrance, across the parking
lot.

Water
Festival Participants should bring a reusable water bottle. We have water dispensers
dispersed throughout the school

Food
Here is a summary of what will be provided along with the snack tables. We will use
the cafeteria seating area for meals.

Thursday Attire
Festival shirts! Let’s wear them for unity and to designate festival participants apart
from AISJ students who will be sharing the campus that day.

Saturday Concert Attire

*We will change into these close at 1pm on Saturday

Boys - BLACK collared dress shirt, black dress pants, black socks, black shoes,
black belt and an optional black tie.

Girls - Black skirt/pants, black leggings/socks or none, BLACK formal top and
black dress shoes.
Cell Service

Mobile phone service is terrible and almost non-existent throughout the school,
except in the auditorium. If you need to use your phone or make a call, that would
be the place to do it in the building or step outside the front doors.

Festival Schedule

Thursday, May 11th


10:15 am Airport Pickups begin. Bus driver phone numbers will be provided. Please call Dylan
to help coordinate connection with your driver as needed.

11-12:30 am Arrivals at AISJ. Transfer bags/instrument to storage

12:30 pm Lunch

1:00 pm Director Meeting in Central Office Meeting Room

1:15 pm Opening address - Auditorium

1:30 pm Rehearsal 1 - Band in CO-120, Choir in Auditorium

2:45 pm Break

3:05 pm Rehearsal 2 - Band in CO-120, Choir in Auditorium

4:30 pm Rehearsals finish…

5:00 pm Dinner

5:45 pm Depart in Buses to Hotel

*Instruments can be stored in a locked room at AISJ overnight


Friday, May 12th
9:00 am Hotel Pick-up

9:30 am Rehearsal 3 - Band in Auditorium, Choir in CO-120

10:30 am Break (snacks available)

10:40 am Rehearsal 4 - Band in sectionals, Choir in sectionals

11:30 am Break (snacks available)

11:40 am Rehearsal 5 - Band in Auditorium, Choir in CO-120

12:30 pm Lunch in cafeteria

1:30 pm *Team Building Activities/Prayer time - AISJ HS Gym

2:15 pm Break, (Band return to Auditorium and Choir to CO - 120)

2:30 pm Rehearsal 6 - Band in sectionals, Choir in sectionals

3:00 pm Rehearsal 7 - Band in Auditorium, Choir in CO-120

4:00 pm Rehearsals finish/Break

4:30 pm Dinner & Social Event

7:00 pm Depart for Hotels

Saturday, May 13th

10:30 am Break (snacks available)

10:45 am Rehearsal 9 - Band in Auditorium, Choir in CO-120


(*Choir in auditorium for a portion of the rehearsal TBA)

12:00 pm Lunch in cafeteria

1:00 pm Change into concert clothes

1:30 pm Warm-up, tune, & sound check

2:00 pm Concert begins

3:00 pm Concert ends

3:30 pm Buses depart for the airport
