4:00-5:00 p.m. ~ Arrival to the park for informal (and professional) photographs. Parents and
students gather in the upstairs Main Banquet Hall (not The Loft).
NOTE: Optional professional photographs can be taken and purchased at this time only.
5:15 p.m. ~ Introduction & Presentation of the 8
th
Grade Class in Main Banquet Hall
5:20 p.m. ~ Formal Dance Exhibition for parents
5:30 p.m. ~ Both parents and students travel downstairs and outside.
5:40 p.m. ~ Formal 8
th
Grade Class photograph outside on stairs
*At this point, parents will be dismissed to return at 10:00 p.m. to pick up their young adult.
5:50 p.m. ~Students line up to return upstairs, this time to The Loft Banquet Facility.
6:00 p.m. Receiving Line of Dignitaries for Formal Dinner Seating
6:15 p.m. ~ Dinner Program
8:15 p.m. ~ Dance Party
10:00 p.m. ~ Pick up to go home (Parents are to park and come upstairs to sign out their student.)
Attire
Ladies: Formal, floor-length ball gowns, dress shoes (flat or heels), gloves optional
Gentlemen: Dress slacks, long-sleeve button-down dress shirt tucked in with tie, dress jacket, dress
shoes
