 Document Purpose:
The purpose of the document is to explain the basic configuration for
Citrix workspace in OS (like Windows & MAC) and its explains the process to
access Citrix desktop in ease way.

 Business Requirement:

Business requirement is user can do the Citrix configuration in Laptop / Desktop OS

with the help of this guide.

 To access Citrix JIOAPPS you need to do certain configurations
and installations on your laptop/desktop. Please find index below:

 1. Citrix certificates: Download & install.

For accessing Citrix from your personal laptop or desktop user needs to download Citrix
Certificates & Citrix Workspace on his system. Please follow the steps given below to
Download & Install both.

Step 1. Go To: ‐ http://crl.ril.com/

Download all the certificate. After Downloading all the certificates follow the below
steps to installing the all certificates.

 2. CITRIX WORKSPACE: DOWNLOAD & INSTALL.

Step 1. Go To:‐ https://www.Citrix.com/products/receiver/

I. Click on “Download for windows”.

II. You may be asked to run or save “CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe”. Choose Run. (If you are
using Chrome, wait for it to finish downloading, then click CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe at
the bottom of the window. If you are using Firefox, wait for it to finish downloading,
then select CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe from the downloads menu.)

III. When you get the message asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your
computer, choose Yes. When the installer opens, choose Start.

 Click on Finish.

 IV. Save and close any open documents on your computer, then choose Yes to restart the
computer.

 3.Installation of Citrix Workspace App on MAC

Step 1: Open your web browser and navigate to Click Here

Click on Download Citrix Workspace App for MAC

Citrix Workspace App is compatible with MAC OS10.11, 10.12, 10.13.

For Older Version of MACOS kindly download Citrix Receiver Click Here

Step 2: Download the application Workspace app 1912 CU1

 4.CONFIGURING JIO 2FA TOKEN ENROLLMENT (FOR FIRST TIME USERS)

Step 1:

(a) Visit https://Jioauth.jio.com/auth/login

(b) Enter your RIL domain ID and domain password and click on ‘Login’

 Step 2: Enter OTP received on your RIL registered mobile number to proceed.

Step 3: Check if the information displayed is correct and click on ‘Submit’ after
providing a reason for request.

 Step 4: Post submission of request in Step 3, visit the ‘Dashboard’ from the left pane to
provision your authentication token. Click on ‘Generate QR Code’ link to proceed.

Step 5: Install RIL Authenticator App from Apple AppStore/Google Play store for scanning
the QR Code.

 Step 6: To complete enrolment, follow below mentioned steps on Android mobile device.

Step 7: To complete enrolment, follow below mentioned steps on Apple mobile device.

 Step 8: Congratulations! you have successfully enrolled for 2FA OTP for accessing Jio
environment.

 5.ACCESSING YOUR CITRIX DESKTOP FROM THE CORPORATE NETWORK

Steps:

1. Go to Web Browser.

From Office LAN / Rescure Wi-Fi / eVPN –

https://jio2fa.ril.com
or
https://jio2fadr.ril.com (whichever applicable for your Citrix desktop profile)

2. Enter Username, password and RIL Authenticator OTP as prompted.

3. Click on respective allocated desktop icon.

1. To access Prod desktop profiles over the internet, needs to raise

remote session access from NGO portal. Please find the below file.

3 Enter Username, password and RIL Authenticator OTP as prompted.
