Faculty and Staff Mobile-Based Evaluation System

The main objective of the study was to design, develop, and evaluate a Web and Mobile-Based Faculty

Evaluation System for higher education institutions to enhance faculty. In particular, it aimed to

compare the standards and procedures of the conventional evaluation design and development of the

proposed evaluation system using the various higher education institutions using the specified system

requirements, and to assess the viability and usefulness of the system that is specially designed based

on ISO 9126

Each time a course is taught at higher education institutions or universities, students review it.. A

portion of class time is set aside for students to fill out paper evaluation forms at the end of each

semester. The evaluations include a variety of quantitative and qualitative questions designed to

assess the course and its effectiveness. Responses are collected and tabulated by the department to

give the staff feedback on teaching performance and for use in personnel actions, including merit,

promotion, and tenure cases

The Online Faculty Monitoring and Evaluation System is a paperless process in which the evaluator

evaluates the teacher using the computer and the system. The results of the software evaluation met the researchers'

objectives and are thus worthy of continuation and development. Academic Institutions value the quality of the

teaching. It is very important to encourage the faculty members to understand the concept of effective teaching, to use

those approaches, to develop new approaches of teaching, to use innovative Develop teaching strategies and, where

necessary, integrate cutting-edge technology into the classroom.
