Memorandum of Agreement

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into by and between the following:

The R.M. MAGBALON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, is a duly registered and recognized Public Elementary
School of R. M. Magbalon, Cawayan, Masbate lead by its School , REY M. LUZARES hereinafter referred to as
FIRST PARTY.
and
The 4P’s, a conditional cash transfer program of the Philippine Government under Social Welfare and
Development headed by its parent leader ______________________.

WITNESSETH, that

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, aims to support Brigada Eskwela program by constructing Compost Pit for
proper disposal and segregation of wastes.
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, aims to segregate and proper disposal of wastes.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing project, the parties bind themselves with the
following obligations.
1. The FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY shall work hand-in-hand to make the project realized by
actively monitoring the progress of Compost pit project.
2. The SECOND PARTY shall cooperate with the FIRST PARTY for the regular maintenance of the
said project.
3. The SECOND PARTY shall monitor the maintenance of the project.
