Nation building is grounded on the ideals of an individual’s success through quality education. With the
continuous efforts to provide quality education for students from distant locations specifically in Mahabang
Dahilig, DepEd Batangas City has opened a Stand Alone Senior High School catering different strands
inclusive of STEM, TECH-VOC, ABM, and HUMMS. Being in the transitional period, Mahabang Dahilig Senior
High School is in great need of support for its ongoing operations which have only commenced last June 2019.

In this connection, and on behalf of Mahabang Dahilig Senior High School General Parent-Teacher
Association, the undersigned humbly requests for the provision of the following school materials which are
deemed essential for the preparation of pertinent school documents:

 4 desktop sets/units
