Job description

We are looking for Client service executives for our operation team. The candidates are supposed to
have experience in logistic industry. This profile is suitable for those who have good communication
skill and can handle pressures situation on call.

Primary responsibility

Attending calls and solve the escalations raised by our clients.

acting as a bridge between seller and shipment executive.

handling angry clients and pacify them by giving satisfying reply.

taking follow ups with concerned shipping services.

Managing clients data.

Developing effective communication platform between seller and courier service.

Monitoring and measure client satisfaction.

Dealing with client request and troubleshoot problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have experience in clients success .

Should be comfortable with 100-120 calls per day.

Should be expert in coordination and time management.

Should be trouble shooter and can innovate new ideas to tackle angry clients.

Should be fluent in English communication.

Should have zeal to learn new techniques for client success.

Can work under pressure
