Candidate Profile for Mid Level Client Service Team:- 2 Candidate

- Smart 4 - 5 years of experience in to client management in advertising or specialized retail


agency.
- MBA in Marketing or should be a graduate in MASS Communications from a reputed institute.
- Must have Strategic Ideation & Presentation skills and Must be highly creative, thinking out of
the box.
- Should be goal driven, entrepreneurial, problem solving and have high work ethics.
- An understanding of brand management or retail marketing would be an added advantage.
- Managing and controlling the quality of all hygiene services for clients
- External contacts are Client team, External Suppliers, Vendors, and Research Agency.
- Attends internal and external team meetings along with client meetings

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for Acquisition, Revenue Maximization & Retention of Clients
 Needs to have leadership abilities to lead a team and to show ability to put in hard work
and focus in Retail.
 Understanding client requirements, discussing brand issues and communication
strategies with the client
 Presenting thoughts on creative outputs and thereafter discussing the same with internal
team and further with the client
 Handling financial issues with the client (timely estimation & collection)
 Co-ordination with all internal departments , Approved Vendors, or branch offices to
ensure smooth flow of day-to-day jobs

CTC Package would be 5 to 8 Lac depends on the candidate profile.
