reproductive journey, removing the pains related to access to trusted information, products,

services with ease. Our goals are aimed at improving women’s reproductive health and
sexual wellness journey, expanding choice, and addressing barriers to uptake of products and
services women need.

Job Overview
The Head of Growth at VIYA Health Enterprises will play a pivotal role in developing and
executing effective revenue-generating strategies, fostering key partnerships, and
contributing to the overall success of the organization. This strategic leadership position
requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving sales and revenue
growth within the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical sectors.

Your Contribution
Develop and Implement Revenue Strategies:
• Formulate and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with the
company's overall objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market
trends to ensure sustained growth.
Sales Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring
the achievement of sales targets.
• Implement effective sales methodologies and processes to optimize the sales funnel.
Partnership Development:
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive
additional revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial
alliances.
Market Analysis and Intelligence:
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends,
competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine revenue strategies.
Financial Management:
• Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage revenue budgets,
forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on revenue generation and
growth strategies.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical
or related industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into
actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of
building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across
departments and levels.

Qualifications and Experience


1. Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years’ experience in sales
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing
responsibilities.
2. Leadership and Management:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to make decisions and
resolve conflicts.
3. Sales Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.

4. Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and objectives to the team.
- Strong presentation skills for client meetings and internal discussions.

5. Relationship Building:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in networking and establishing partnerships to expand the client base.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal and
external stakeholders.
6. Analytical Skills:
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed
decisions.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales analytics tools.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies

needs.

• Should be willing to travel upcountry.
