2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Our scope of field as related to the Energy Industry concerns the
industrial, commercial and transportation sectors.
• Its Principals have been actively operating for over four decades in the oil
and gas industry, with a true depth of experience in exploration and
production, infrastructure development, market intelligence, refining,
blending, distribution, marketing, trading, finance and ocean
transportation.
• Our trading services include the marketing of LNG, LPG, crude oil, refined
petroleum products, petrochemicals and other commodities.
• We further provide our clients with research and development, maritime
support, consulting, and risk management for energy related
infrastructure projects around the world.

efficient and high capacity solution for Countries that require to establish
new and/or upgrade their existing infrastructure development project.
• With the main focus to revive either current import and future distribution
process, by utilizing each country's assets, increasing sea trade channels
and constructing of new or refurbishing various energy related
infrastructures including but not limited to upgrading and constructing of
power plants and/or refineries
• With the opportunity to provide petroleum national strategic reserves
directly linking to storage tanks and to existing / new oil pipelines.

Dimitrios Karamanos
CEO
Mr. Karamanos has a true depth of experience in the business of oil trading,
refining/processing, oil transportation marketing, exploration & production as well as
infrastructure development projects.

Since the 90’s his primary focus is refining and marketing crude oil and petroleum products
in the Mediterranean, Middle East, Black Sea region and North/East Africa. Established
processing agreements throughout the years with various refineries such as Santa Panagia
Refinery (Italy), Isab Industries (Italy), Media Refinery in Romania and Midor Refinery in
Egypt. Managed, leased and operated Oil Terminals as well as Oil Tankers. Trades various
types of petroleum products with major oil companies and Energy conglomerates around
the world.

In 2020 he established Atlantean Energeia International DMCC to develop global energy

related projects and trading operations.

Paolo Cozzolino
Strategic Advisor

Mr. Cozzolino, is the strategic advisor of the company and has extensive
business experience as partner of an investment fund covering
investments portfolios such as energy related infrastructure project that
required funding , operational, capital, development, and other
requirements related to each Project.

Mr. Cozzolino is in joint collaboration with the company for the

implementation in infrastructure projects that consists of either
constructing new or upgrading existing pipeline system and integrated
port, tank farm, refinery and power plants, as well as providing credit lines
for oil trade financing.

Alexey Polyakov
Project Development Director

Mr. Polyakov is highly skilled and has 20 years active experience in the oil
and gas sector and construction project management field. He is
responsible for overall management of all engineering, procurement and
construction contracts and projects including liaising with the benefactor,
coordinating and leading partners, supervising members of the project
team, and overseeing project implementation, financial and
administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the
project.

Mr. Polyakov is also the managing partner of Petrobright, an engineering

R&D company that has aggregated over 15 top minds in the field of
downstream technology and practice.

Georgios Trantidis
Business Development

Highly qualified business development and operations manager with a

wide range of experience in the petroleum sector that include upstream,
midstream and downstream operations.

Involved in structuring intergovernmental agreements between national

oil companies in trading and upstream development and exploration
projects.

One of his involvements in an infrastructure of an energy related project

amounted to over 25 billion euros.

Dee Ann Karamanos
Chief Operating Officer

Head of Operation, identifying market advantages on each project and

trade aspect including purchasing from suppliers, sales to end users,
storage, financing and logistics/marine services.

Oversees entire framework of the business that include the daily

operations and office management of the company.

John Karamanos
Chartering Manager

Negotiates charter parties with owners, operators and brokers as well as

managing communication with traders, owners and agents with operation
and technical team.

Provides in-house market intelligence on each trade and shipping aspects

of the business and develops business into new regions, generating new
revenue leads.
