The AlGharabally Group are part of the founding pioneers in building The State of
Kuwait's industrial sector, its post-war reconstruction, and a commitment to the de-
velopment and advancment of the construction, oil & gas and water sectors with the
quality, innovation and integrity of our legacy.

The AlGharabally family are part of
the first merchant families predating
Kuwait's formation as a state. Our
long assosiation with business and a
solid reputation as sincere, honest and
committed businessmen which we con-
tinue to maintain have established us
strong and binding local contacts. The
AlGharabally's have been active in the
Oil & Gas, Power & Water sectors since
the late 1940's, when the first oil wells
began to produce and plans were laid
out to build the first power station and
water desalination plants.
TARGET was established in post-war
Kuwait (1991) by Hashem B.S.H Al-
Gharabally for the supply of materials
and services for the reconstruction of
Kuwait's industrial sectors of oil, gas,
power & water.
Since 1991, TARGET's growth has crafted

of the legacy. Servicing the ministries of
state and the oil & gas sector since its in-
