INTRODUCTION

We are grateful for this opportunity to introduce to you Best Fleet Trading and Projects CC of CIPC
registration Identity / number: (2010/054442/23) t/a Gasoilene, a company established in 2010 as
South African based corporate with its operations around all provinces within the inland of South
Africa’s namely Gauteng Province, North West Province, Mpumalanga Province, Limpopo etc, and
other African neighboring countries including off-shore. Our head offices are situated in
Johannesburg, Roodepoort CBD and headquarters in Rustenburg, Tlhabane urban city. This highly
dynamic company continues to have a positive impact on local trade and commerce and off-
shore/overland through steady growth and expansion over the last 10 years. Gasoilene aims to
contribute significantly to sustainable job creation, and alleviate poverty and unemployment within
South Africa and has based much of its successes on the diversification of services it offers. The company
is currently made up of two core businesses: wholesale and distribution which consists of:
Bulk liquids: (Petroleum and Petro-chemicals) and Transport logistics (trucking, side tippers, flat decks
interlinks etc).

OUR SERVICE

“Gasoilene” which is a Division of (BFTP) was established in 2015 for purposes of rendering
Distribution services on Petroleum and Petrochemicals commodities with the vision of providing a
wide range of Petroleum products, including Lubricants to various sectors and others services but
not limited to Petroleum distribution requirements only, by our collaboration and assistance from
established and blue chip organizations like: Faith wheels and other major branded organizations
including SMME’s transport companies running to and fro across the country, to enable us to tailor
make a unique package that is flexible enough to accommodate specific customer needs.

We are a registered Level 1 BBBEE contributor, yet also make use of highly esteemed experienced
corporates and drivers and enforces strict compliance with road safety rules and speed limits
ensuring that the load is in good hands at all times. Through our 24hour hands on management and
strategic use of technology and best practices, we guarantee a fast, secure and cost effective
transport solution.

OBSTACLES FOR GROWTH

With the current economic climate, it is absolutely necessary to have tangible way of mitigating
business churn thus storage facilities and storing of fuels is also needed in place in order to succeed
in this industry because of the price fluctuation of petroleum products impacts corporates
negatively..

The aim for this situation is to guarantee stabilized profits for a long term while investing in other
potential growth business opportunities and being consistent, convenient in our supplies to our
customers even during pick hour times and dry moments where there is scarcity of petroleum
products.

Furthermore, it seems that emerging SMME’s are not given fair and equal opportunity when
applying and tendering for large contracts due to lack of capacity to deliver and meet expectations.
Big Business and Corporates deal directly with the larger established companies /refineries and
discard SMME’s on the grounds that these may not have the capacity to effectively handle the
management cost.

Critical to the success of any business is having a clear understanding of the business needs at
different stages of growth and expansion, and then developing the appropriate solution to satisfy
those needs. “Gasoilene” is currently poised to enter into a massive growth phase, and is in need
of a solution to provide adequate business. “Gasoilene” has built up an excellent infrastructure in
terms of workforce, partnership. The experienced management and operations teams are
tightly integrated and operational procedures have been refined and fine-tuned over the years to
achieve maximum efficiency and

Our request and proposal which is also a LOI, Letter of Intent is simple : for a fair chance to compete,
we would like to be granted allocation for STORAGE TANK FACILITIES on rentals as per your
requirements on your : weekly / daily /monthly terms from your TARLTON reservoirs / Terminals
under our private company name Best Fleet Trading and Projects CC t/a Gasoilene for our Petroleum
Products minimum quantity of 50,000 / MT (Metric Ton(s) / Barrel(s) converted into Liters on a
monthly reservations for both our local inland and cross border / off-shore deliveries and supplies
namely :
 Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel (50/10) PPM - 50 .000/MT (min) equivalent to 58823529.41176/ liters
 Petrol Unleaded 93 and Octane95, 50 .000 / MT (min) equivalent to 69444444.44444 / liters
 Jet Fuels Aviation fuel Barrel(s) 50 .000 / Bbl. (min) equivalent to 7949364.7464 / liters
with a potential of steady growth as our business enlarges its footprint and this would also assist to
render a remarkable service by reliance of our clients accessing products at their convenience as and
when needed basis. Keeping in line with legislation and Governments drive to boost entrepreneurship
and growth of SMMMEs we would like to request assistance in terms of business support services.
“Gasoilene” is completely self-funded and as such we are not requesting any form of financial
assistance. At present, our primary need is for support in gaining access to new markets. We would like
to make use of Government leverage in engaging corporates with a view to secure meaningful long term
sub-contract/contracts. Having secured valuable five or even ten year or ongoing contracts will enable us
to approach financial institutions with confidence in gaining finance for acquiring new vehicles and
establish our own storage facilities.

BENEFITS

With new contracts and higher workloads, expansion and growth will bring with it the steady creation of
vital sustainable jobs. This is in line with and will contribute towards Governments National Strategy for
job creation. With high levels of unemployment in South Africa and including other various Provinces in
Rural and Urban areas, this empowerment initiative will make a difference to the lives of many families
living in poverty and have a vast positive impact on the local socio-economic climate within the region.

To illustrate this lets take an example. The current staff compliment of “Gasoilene” is a total of 3
running a fleet of 3 from rented vehicles. If the fleet were to grow by 3 self-owned vehicles we
would create an additional 3 permanent sustainable jobs. Should the fleet to grow by 20 vehicles
will see the staff compliment grow from 6 to 26. That is over 20 new jobs created with the further
impact of providing26 families with a steady source of income and a better quality of life.

Our prices our Regulated and Corporation governed by the DOE

thus, we shall be entitled at any time and from time to time and with
or without any previous notice to the customer to change, revise and
modify all or any of the prices which may be fixed on Petrol / Diesel
per Littre and Lubricants and other products to the customers in the
territory and similarly the Corporation will be entitled to effect any
changes in the customer’s selling prices and/or in respect of the
commissions, discounts and deductions, and/or to reduce or abolish
any such item. The Corporation shall not in the event of any such
change be bound to make any allowance or pay any compensation to
the customer.
