2.3 Payment Terms

2.3.1 A. Credit Period of 7 Days

 Bill will be raised on or before of 7 day of every month. The payment of bills raised by M/s OM Logistics Ltd should be
made within 7 days from the date of submission of bills along with SRV invoice.
 The Shipper / Consignor will notify M/s OM Logistics Ltd in writing of any discrepancies with respect to such bills within
7 days from the date of submission of bills. In the absences of such notification, the bills shall be deemed correct and shall
be conclusive.
 Bill payments should not be linked to claims / damages. Such cases shall be settled separately.
 Payment shall not be deducted on account of loss of CENVAT copies. OLL will give an undertaking for the copy lost if any

2.4 Claims Procedure

In the unforeseen event of any damage or loss, OLL will issue a Certificate of Fact to enable “ M/S Klj Resources Limited” to claim
the loss from their insurers, for all claims.

2.5 Liability Clause

OLL will not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss direct or consequential irrespective of the amount involved due to
delay in pickup, transportation or delivery of the shipments. OLL will also not be held liable for any loss or damage to “ M/S Klj
Resources Limited” arising out of Force Majeure circumstances such as, but not limited to, acts of God, act of war, civil commotion,
sabotage, flood, fire, strikes or any other causes beyond the control of OLL.

It is agreed between the parties to this agreement that M/s OM Logistics Ltd shall not carry the shipment which is classified as
Hazardous Material, Dangerous Goods, Prohibited or Restricted Articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association); ICAO
(International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization.

2.9 Waiver
No waiver of any breach of this contract or any terms hereof shall be effective unless such waiver is in writing and signed by
authorized person of M/s OM Logistics Ltd.

2.10 Termination of the contract

The parties to this contract may terminate this contract by giving one month prior notice in writing of its intention to do so, to
each other No pick - Up and deliveries will be affected during notice period. However, it is made abundantly clear the parties will
settle all dues payable to M/s OM Logistics Ltd immediately on receipt of the notice of termination and prior to cessation of the
contract without any fail.
