Dear Engineers

We are going to re-tender to make sure of all the prices with a normal cost , also to get the final and
discounted price .

tender opining on wednesday morning 06/07/2022

Project Duration = 12 month + 1 month mobilization.
*please note that we need full details on boq for all items ,all MEP items in full details.
. please make sure your prices include below items :
*All items shown in drawings, BOQ, Specifications under scope of contractor works.

*Supply and installation of transformer and addc fees under scope of contractor works.

*false ceiling required on Kennels building only.

*false ceiling required on main building only for offices and services

*boundary wall around the plot has to be a precast structure.

except the service block built on the wall.

*swimming pool must be with ceramic walls around the wet area.

*Generator must be included in the work.

* to make sure for Outdoor toilet area with a boundary 120 cm block +130 cm fence from three sides.

*for outdoor training area with boundary for four side 120cm block +130cm fence .

*outdoor training area needs natural grass with an irrigation system, granite footpath tiles as the drawings.

*Make sure of walls for kennel building blocks and ceramic tiles.

*Make sure the kennel building needs a fence around the building as shown in the drawings.

*External work pasco for floors, column lights each 10 meters , CCTV Cam around the blocks
outside and inside .

*Fire fighting as per the drawing(inisial approval).

*Water tank has to be underground.

*Remove the green area on the plot and make it sweet sand.

*Make sure to add the sky light on the swimming pool building as per the layout drawings .

*Steel work has to be under regulation and authority requirements.

* car parking shed and Wheel stopper needed.

* Road marking and Rood signage needed.

* Underground services surveying , Relocation and protection needed.

* shoring and dewatering work if need under contractor scope.

*Any authority fees to ADDC , ADCD, ADM, or DOT included.

*HV work outside the plot area included.

*Supply and Installation of Lighting control system.

*Supply and Installation of BMS, access control system and public address system.

* Any underground RCC storm water tank, sump pump.
