UI/UX Designer Test Assignment:

Objective: The goal of this assignment is to assess your ability to design user-centric
web and mobile interfaces. We're looking for an innovative design for a task
management system that aids in organizing, tracking, and updating work tasks in an
efficient manner. It is crucial to highlight that this is a design exercise, and you are not
expected to develop a full-fledged system.

Project Background:
We are building a simple tool for professionals to manage their daily tasks. Your design
should show a clear platform where users can view all their tasks, see how much they've
done, and easily add or change tasks.

Tasks:

1. Dashboard Design:
• Design Concept: Create a single screen concept for a task management
dashboard.
• Key Features to Include:
• Tasks Overview: Display all tasks assigned to an employee in a
user-friendly and beneficial manner.
• Task Statistics: Showcase statistics on completed and pending
tasks.
• Quick Task Status Update: A feature to quickly change the status
of a task.
• Add Task Button: A rapid access button to add new tasks.
• Tasks Sorting: Efficiently sort tasks.
2. Task Creation Screen:
• Design Concept: Illustrate a separate screen dedicated to creating new
tasks.
• Key Features to Incorporate:
• Fields for task name, description, assignee, due date, and any other
relevant attributes.
 • User-friendly interface elements, such as drop-downs, checkboxes,
and date pickers, if required.
3. Mobile Interface:
• Design Concept: Design a mobile version of the task management system.
• Prioritize mobile-specific UX considerations to ensure usability.

Design Requirements:

• Language: Ensure all designs are primarily in Arabic.

• Style: Adopt a contemporary, fresh, and forward-thinking design approach.
• Palette & Elements: Use any colors or design elements that resonate with your
design philosophy.
• UX Standards: Your designs should meet and ideally exceed industry-standard
UX principles.

Submission Guidelines:
Share your designs in high-resolution formats. Preferred tools include Figma, Adobe XD,
or equivalent. Where necessary, accompany your designs with brief annotations or
explanations of your design choices.
