2.1 Study the floor plan of Moagi’s house as shown below and answer the questions that follows.

2.1.3 Explain the meaning of the scale 1: 100 given on the floor plan. (2)

3.2 Manda planned to start saving money to buy a launch suite sofas that costs R18 000 in a
period of 8 months. Manda decided that the best way to do this, would be to draw up a
budget and work out how much money he will be able to save monthly.
