Q: Are closed captions available for the live sessions? Can I disable them once they are on?
A: Yes, captions are enabled by default for all live sessions. If you prefer to disable captions, please click
the gear-shaped icon beneath the video of the presenter and toggle the option labelled “Live
Captioning” to the OFF position. Transcripts of captions can also be made available upon request.
Q: How can I enlarge the font size in the live session chat?
A: Please use your browser’s zoom function to zoom in on the page. The video of the speaker and the
presentation slides will not enlarge, only the chat font.
A: The conference platform’s accessibility options can be found by clicking on the icon found in the
upper right corner of your screen. Within this accessibility panel, you can select from several profiles
that will adjust your experience, eg. Seizure Safe Profile. Please be aware that these adjustments may
not take place within the live session display window.
A: Please feel free to use the “Conference Day Support” live chat button in the lower left of your screen
to ask our live support agents any questions about accessibility or other platform features.
