Education and my school

Children’s first real schoolis called a primary school. It starts at the age
of six or seven. Student go to primary school during 8 years, normally.
There are many subjects, but the moet important are: maths, hungarian
literature and grammar, history and English. We have 5 school days a
week, from Monday to Friday. There are 5 or 6 lessos a day wich are 45
minutes long. After every lesson we have got a break, when we can eat,
learn and play.

I go to Szent István Primary School in Dunakeszi. I like this school

because it is big and bright and the teachers here arevery kind and
good. There are about 800 students and 60 teachers in our school. We
are 28 in my class. I like my classmates, some of themare my friends
too.

My favourite subjects are: literature and English.

In Hungary after primary school there are secondery grammar school or

technical school. After high-school graduation we can go to university or
collage.
