In view of the changing labor market demands and career opportunities in

education, this research seeks to assess the employment status and career progression

of the Graduates of Mabini Colleges, Inc. Graduate School. The study aims to

determine the responsiveness and relevance of the Graduate School's programs to the

needs of the current job market. Specifically, the research will address the following

questions:
