CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

This tracer study focuses on locating the Graduates of Mabini Colleges, Inc.

Graduate School and determine their current employment status. The figure presented

here aligns with the Human Capital Theory, posits that investments in education and

professional development enhance individuals' human capital, leading to improved

career outcomes (Schultz, 1961).

The conceptual framework's starting point is on the graduate study program/s,

with a central focus on the graduate. From the graduate, the essential data are

gathered, including General Information, Academic Background, Current Employment

Status, and Professional Development & Career Role. These elements collectively

shape the path of the graduate's educational and career journey. The Tracer Study

plays a formal and vital part in gathering valuable data from the graduates which leads

to the desired Outcome. The cyclic nature of the framework is completed with an arrow

from the decision symbol pointing back to the graduate study program/s, highlighting the

continuous improvement loop. It could aid the management in making informed

decisions as well as facilitating evidence-based improvements. This would help keep

the institution relevant and equipped to prepare the graduates for successful careers in

the present job market.

This conceptual framework provides a clear and organized structure for a

research study. The researchers defined the key concepts, variables, and relationships
