To: All School Heads and Teachers

Topic: Submission and Ranking of Papers for Master Teacher 1 and Master Teacher 2

Date: May 11, 2023

1. Regional Memorandum N0. 242 s. 2023, “Deadline for Submission of Application for
Reclassification of Positions”, states that the last day for the submission of application
for Reclassification of Positions will be on June 30, 2023 to give ample time for the
personnel in-charge to finish processing the documents before the deadline set by the
Department of Budget and Management.
2. Relevant to the afore mentioned statements, this office calls for the submission of
papers and ranking of teachers from Teacher 3 to Master Teacher 1 and from Master
Teacher 1 to Master Teacher 2 in preparation for the possible reclassification of
positions. Deadline of submission of papers is on May 17, 2023 until 5 pm.
3. Evaluation of the submitted papers for ranking is on May 19, 2023 at 9:00 am in
Santa Cruz Central ES Gabaldon Hall. The following school heads are requested to
help in the evaluation of papers and serve as Santa Cruz Sub-office Review
Committee:

Lorevie K. Rivera Lanie S. Roman
Mariefe F. Duma Lucila S. Alvarez
4. Likewise, all school heads are advised to encourage the willing and deserving
teachers who are aspiring for possible promotion as Teacher 2 and Teacher 3 to
submit also their papers for reclassification to their School Heads and Administrative
Officers II.
5. To ensure the flawless conduct of this activity, the members of Santa Cruz su-office
Review Committee are expected to attend a planning meeting on May 15, 2023 at
3:30 pm.
6. For qualification standards and guidelines for promotion, DM206s.2020-Annual
Ranking For Vacancies to Teacher II and Teacher III, Master Teacher I and Master
Teacher II for SY 2020-2021 and Every Year Thereafter is attached as enclosures.
7. Immediate dissemination of this advisory is earnestly desired.
