GAT-B Admissions 2023 – 2024 (Round – II)


All the candidates with allotted seats must report to Lecture Room No. H-104,
Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai for completing the admission
formalities as per instructions given below.

Instructions to the Candidates:

Candidates are informed to bring following Original Documents at the time of


Counselling Round. Admission will be confirmed only after verifying all the
original documents and eligibility criteria. If not found suitable, candidate's
admission will be cancelled.
i) Bachelor’s Sem. I to Sem. VIII Marksheets
ii) Bachelor’s Provisional/Passing Certificate or Degree Certificate, if available.
iii) Transfer / Leaving Certificate, if available
iv) Migration Certificate
v) GAT-B Score Card
vi) Reserve Category Documents, if applicable
vii) Authority Letter (Proforma C) if not attending in person along with Original ID of
the Person Authorized.
viii) EWS Certificate Valid for 2023-24, if applicable
For Payment of Fees, candidates are informed to carry Demand Draft (in favour of
'Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai’) payable at Mumbai.
Total fees payable for all categories (Open and All Reserved Category*) is
Rs.51,802/- for first year. No part payment is permissible.
In addition to the above fees you will be required to pay application fee of
Rs.1000/- for General category and Rs.500/- for Reserved category.

In case you do not report for the admission during the period specified, you will not
able to take part in subsequent rounds. However, if seats remain vacant and we call
for institute level round, you may appear for the counselling. The final General merit
list will be the basis for admissions.

You may be allowed to transfer to other GAT-B programmes during institute


round only once. In case of transfer please write an e-mail to
admission@ictmumabai.edu.in mentioning the current course admitted and
the new course interested. You do not have to come personally.

For admission cancellation rules, please refer to page no. 187, point no.
3.3.6.4.
No relaxation will be given to any one regarding the dates for admission.
Any e-mail inquiries in this regard will be entertained.

All the Candidates (Open / Reserved / EWS) belonging to various categories


shall be considered for allotment of seats as per their Inter-Se-Merit.
Reserved Category Candidates shall be considered for allotment in Open
Category Seat by virtue of their Inter-Se-Merit or in their respective Category
of reservation, if Open Category seats are not available at their merit.
