("REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE") OPERATES UNDER LICENSE NUMBER 79-05774-01 FIRST
ISSUED BY THE Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City on October 6, 2021.
At the end of 2021, Nanoclicks, LLC was allowed to establish a representative office in
Ho Chi Minh City with the operational goal of performing the function of liaison office, market
research, promotion and promotion of business investment opportunities of Nanoclicks, LLC in
Vietnam in the field of technology software production.
Since its establishment, the Office has always made continuous efforts in finding
business opportunities for the holding company in Vietnam, Southeast Asia and Asian markets. In
order to meet the above operational orientation as well as ensure the operation of the Representative
Office takes place smoothly, to bring optimal efficiency in a fast-growing and fiercely competitive
field such as information technology, we need to recruit a person at the position of Head of
Representative Office with a certain understanding of the field of information technology, fluent
foreign language communication ability, understand the habits and culture of international partners as
well as their business culture, at the same time, the holder of this position must have a wide network
of contacts and be sensitive to the changing trends of the international market to seize more business
promotion opportunities, tighten the relationship between the parent company and customers and
partners in Vietnam market in particular, and Asian market in general.

Currently, there is 01 foreign worker working at the position of Manager - the title of
Head of Representative Office, Work Permit No. 015436/SLĐ-GP issued on November 12, 2021 by
the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.
(viii) Description of job position, job title:
The position of "Head of Representative Office" will undertake the following tasks:
 Working directly with the Holding Company and implementing operational plans
under the direction of the Holding Company;
 Responsible for directly reporting to the Parent Company;
 Manage the day-to-day activities of the Representative Office;
 Establish and maintain internal and external relations related to the process of business
promotion activities.
  Supervise the implementation of market exploration plans, promote business
opportunities of the parent company in the Vietnamese market.
 Evaluate and report the results of market exploration plans, promotion and promotion
of business opportunities of the parent company in Vietnam market.
 Develop long-term and short-term personnel and human resource plans; directly
participate in personnel recruitment;
 Encourage and promote the working efficiency of the Representative Office.
 Develop salary and reward mechanisms;
 Program and implement training for personnel.
- Qualification requirements:
 Have a university degree in information technology or business administration or
human resource administration;
- Experience Requirements:
 Having at least 01 year of working experience in a management position, priority is
given to candidates who have experience holding the position of Head of a
representative office or other equivalent positions;
- Other requirements (if any):
 Proficiency in English is required. Knowing more foreign languages is an advantage;
 Have an understanding of the field of business administration and international trade;
 Have an understanding of the working culture of the American, European and
especially Asian environments
 Have an understanding of human resource management;
 Ability to value business opportunities, have strategic vision;
 Good presentation and persuasion ability;
 Being decisive, with a high sense of responsibility;
 Skills in building and maintaining relationships between partners and customers;
 Ability to detect and attract talent. Know how to develop staff to improve work
efficiency and efficiency;
- Reasons for not being able to recruit Vietnamese to the position expected to employ
foreign workers:
In the last three months, the Company has posted recruitment information on many different
recruitment platforms (TopCv, Facebook, LinkedIn,...) but the number of candidates is limited and
does not meet the Company's requirements for the position of Head of Representative Office related
to the field of technology software production.
For the position of Head of Representative Office, besides the requirements of knowledge in
the field of international administration, management and trade and the professional field of
technology software production, foreign language ability (English) and understanding of business
culture of customers, International partnership is a crucial requirement. Although the Representative
Office has tried to find a manager who is proficient in English and has an understanding of
international business culture, Vietnamese candidates have not been able to meet this requirement.
Specifically, Vietnamese candidates can only use this language in normal communication, have not
yet reached the level of proficiency to successfully connect, persuade, promote the promotion and
promotion of business investment opportunities between the parent company and customers,
international partners. At the same time, in recent years, the current head of the representative office
has also built a personal brand for customers and partners of the parent company, which Vietnamese
managers have not met.
