Description:
With reference to drawing number PUB/WRP/CWRP-2/37-C001 for Train 5 effluent pumping plan WWF feed
pipeline, the pipe material used by C21B (Koh Brothers) is Carbon Steel with Cement Lining (CSCL). However,
the pipe material after tie in under HSL’s supply is Ductile Iron with Cement Lining (DICl). As such, we would
like to request for approval to change the pipe material from DICL to CSCL to have the same material as the
pipe supply by C21B.

Response:
We approve the change in pipe material for 1500mm WWF effluent pipe from DICL to CSCL.
Cost reduction due to change in material shall be discussed separately.
