CONCEPT PAPER FOR THE INVESTIGATORY PROJECT (RESEARCH-BASED)

WIND VANE GROUP 4

I. INTRODUCTION
According to Anne Kamiya (Researcher), a wind vane is a non-symmetrical weather
instrument that measures wind direction. We know that the direction of wind
contributes to the changing weather conditions. It's used to predict the intensity of
storms. It is used in disaster management to protect people from strong winds. As we
were intrigued by this research, we wanted to try and make our wind vane with our
own materials

II. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION (OPTIONAL)

In conclusion, it is possible to make your own wind vane with materials you can find in your
house. But we recommend doing research before making one so you have the knowledge you
need to use it.
