INTRODUCTION
Filipinos are one of those races who have been experienced to be influenced by
other races and even influenced other races too. At these point, maybe it is the time we
need to be influenced by Filipinos, by the people who have the same blood lines as we
have. Who have the same language as we have.
There a lot of things that will make our hearts alive again for our nation. There are a
lot of things that will touch our hearts and minds to be open again. There are a lot of things
that will help our eyes to stop being blind of all the things in this world. And one of those
things is the book entitled, 'Mga Agos sa Disyerto.' It is a compilation of short stories
written by different Filipino authors that tackles different issues in our country.

In conclusion, the book of 'Mga Agos sa Disyerto,' is a book of wistful memory of our
