MY ANALYSIS
1. Explain the importance of an organization structure in a particular organization, company,
business or industry.
• The official reporting relationships that control the company's workflow are laid out
in the organizational framework, which offers instructions to all employees. A
systematic description of a company's organization makes it easier to incorporate
new roles and provides a versatile and ready means of expansion. Aside from that,

• Overlapping accountability refers to a situation in which several people are in
charge of the same task. When two or more workers are unsure who should perform

working relationships. The company addresses this issue by creating an
organizational chart that identifies each employee's position and responsibilities,
allowing them to understand their roles and responsibilities at work.

reviews, and employee appraisals are all terms used to describe performance
evaluations.

5. How can the management of an industry or organization ensure that the employee is given
equal and fair chances for professional and work growth?
• The management can ensure that the employee is given equal ad fair chances for
professional and work growth by doing employee support that may include things
like striving for a healthy work atmosphere, being fairly accommodating to
employee needs, and offering opportunities for employee growth. Aside from that,
you can also offer workers more flexibility, such as allowing them to change their
