REGARDING OPERATIONAL CEREMONY OF CINE KOHSAR

CINEMA

As per directions of Executive Director PUCAR, a meeting was held on 1 st September

2023 at 11:00 am under the Chairmanship of Director Rawalpindi Arts Council at Punjab
council of the Arts, Murree regarding arrangements of operational ceremony of Cine Kohsar
Cinema and Fabrication of Museum and Art Gallery.

The Following attended the meeting:

The meeting started with the recitation of Holy Quran. The Chair Welcomed the
participants and consented the Deputy Director to start the proceeding of the meeting. The
committee considered the following agenda items and took decisions as under:

1. Fabrication of Museum and Art Gallery
The Curator, Punjab Council of the Arts, Lahore will be requested to fabricate the Museum
and Art Gallery at Punjab Council of the Arts, Murree.
2. Publicity of Operational ceremony
As per directions of Executive Director PUCAR, Lahore following measures shall be made
to publicize the event:
 Standees will be placed in all the hotels of Murree for information of
Tourists and visitors coming from all over Pakistan.
 Pamphlets will be distributed in all Hotels, Offices, Colleges, University and
Tourism facilitation centers established at Kuldana Road, Lower Topa etc.
 For digital advertisement SMDs of Tourism Department will be used.
 Publicity through Social Media, like Whatsapp, Facebook and Phone calls
shall be made.
 Pana flexes/ Streamers will be displayed on Mall Road, Patriata, Express
Way and on all the surroundings.
3. As Minister Information and Culture is expected to inaugurate the ceremony, Refreshment
for chief Guest and others will also be arranged.
4. Printing of Tickets of cinema shows.
5. As per directions of Executive Director PUCAR Lahore, two shows will be displayed on
week days and 3 shows in weekends.
6. Inauguration Plate will be prepared.
7. Transportation for Senior Artists coming from Rawalpindi and for Painting Exhibition
 prepared by Renowned Artist Mr. Najam will be arranged.

arrangements of operational ceremony of Cine Kohsar Cinema and Fabrication of Museum

Subject: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Please refer to the meeting held on 10 th October 2023 at Municipal Library,

Rawalpindi.

As per kind instructions of your good self, placed below is an application submitted
by Mrs. Riffat Masood a renowned poet and writer of the region requesting for Financial
Assistance. She has been associated with the field of literature from last 15 years. Recently,
on 24th August 2023, her husband has died in 49 years age. Death Certificate of her husband
is also placed below for your perusal please. She has two university going child. She is living
in rented house. She has no source of income to run domestic affairs even she is unable to
pay the rent of her house and the fee of her university going students.

The worthy Commissioner is requested to kindly consider her case for Financial
Assistance so that she may be able to pay her rent of the house and run her domestic affairs.

Muhammad Shakoor, Deputy Director Punjab Council of the Arts Rawalpindi for payment of
Transfer Grant. Who is transferred from PUCAR. Murree to PUCAR, Rawalpindi, (F/A).

The worthy Director Punjab Council of the Arts Rawalpindi is requested to kindly
accord necessary approval for the payment of transfer grant to Deputy Director Punjab
Council of the Rawalpindi.
