Terms and Conditions
The quoted price includes design, sourcing, testing, installation & commissioning,
as per the bill of materials & ratings submitted by LANDMARK Energy. Any change
Price
in scope of work added to the bill of materials and ratings
or any variation shall be charged to the customer.
Price Validity Prices are valid for 7 days only.
Payment Terms  100% Advance
LANDMARK Energy will provide a Maintenance manual and training to the client.
LANDMARK Energy will provide free-of-cost O&M service for First One (1) year. The
One-year service will include:
 Remote monitoring of system performance and faults.
 No charge for site visits in case of any faults in the system
 FOC Site visits in case of abnormal performance degradation of PV
Operation & plant.
Maintenance  One Dedicated resource will be there on site for a year to monitor the
system performance.
After One (1) year, either an SLA would be signed for the next period, the rate of
which will be 1% annually of the initial agreed amount of solar system or any
mutually agreed amount. In case of SLA is not signed, the customer will be charged
as mutually agreed per site visit charges.
LANDMARK Energy will support in any warranty claim to the OEM within 1 year.
Solar Panels Cleaning will be client’s scope, Landmark will provide initial
supervision for it.
Force majeure shall mean any cause, existing or future, which is beyond the
Order reasonable control of LANDMARK Energy including, but not limited to, acts of God,
Reversal storm, fire, floods, quarantine, earthquake, strike, lockout, acts of war (declared
or
undeclared), LANDMARK Energy shall not be liable for the failure to perform any
obligation in terms of this Proposal if and to such extent a Force Majeure causes
such failure

Workmanship Warranty Covered by Landmark Energy:
Warranty Complete Installation as per OEM standards.
Service Warranty of 1 years Workmanship from PV Panels till Client’s Energy
Injection points. (Included Civil Works, Mechanical Installation, Electrical DC, AC
and Grounding Installation, Inverter/LV Panels Installations and All Cable
Terminations.
Any physical damage after Handing over of the system will not cover in the
warranty.
Terms and Conditions (After Sales):
 If the order is cancelled by the client after PO issuance, LandMark Energy (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to
charge stocking fee of 25 % of the selling price of the offered equipment.
 Customer will be responsible to provide site access to LandMark Energy. Safety and security of
equipment, once delivered on the premises of the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
 Electrical and mechanical scope of work will be as per agreed terms & conditions.
 Solar panels will have 12 years product & workmanship warranty and 30 years linear performance
warranty.
 Hybrid inverters will have a warranty of 2 years with parts and 5 years of service as per respective brand
 warranty policy.
 Company reserves the right to withdraw this order at any time.
 Client is responsible to check and maintain the battery water level.
 Load Balancing & internal wiring will be done by Customer’s Electrician.
 Voltage stabilization of Grid will be done by Customer’s end.
 All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations.

 Net-metering process may take up to 4 months and is dependent on WAPDA and NEPRA officials.
 Sanctioned Load increment as per the design is responsibility of client.
 Any tax applicable by the government, customer would pay.
 The customer has to arrange separation of identified load according to his requirement at site.
 LandMark Energy will only be responsible for Grid Input and Inverter Output. The respective cables
to be taken to and from main DB to identified place where the Solar Inverter is to be installed.
 Meter sanctioned load change and I&C required other than the above-mentioned scope of work
shall be charged as per actual.
