INTRODUCTION

The principal aim of this proposal is to inform the College Principal to improve the college
website for international students already attending the college and for future international
students and also how this improvement in the website would help them.

WAYS IN WHICH THE COLLEGE WEBSITE COULD BE IMPROVED

In order to improve the college website, the timetables and classrooms should be available
in the different languages of the countries from which the international students come from
so that they do not have too much difficulty in finding their way around the college. Some
information should also be added on how to find a residence, especially for international
students, which is a very important factor to take into account.

BENEFITS OF APPLYING THESE IMPROVEMENTS

By applying these improvements, students would not waste so much time looking for the
classrooms they are supposed to attend, because they would go directly to the classroom
with the information given in the website. Not only would this help them not to be misplaced,
but by giving them a residence and providing them with information about it, they would not
have to look for houses or other residences outside the university and this would allow them
to spend all their time studying instead of wasting time taking the transport to arrive at the
houses o residences outsides the college.

RECOMMENDATIONS
I would like to highlight the things that should be implemented in order to achieve an
improvement:
● Enable the website in several languages to help international students.
● Add information about the residence that will be available for all the international
students.
