Adaptive learning software for employee training: As your company expands its training
opportunities for employees, it is important to ensure that they are engaged in the training that
will fill the gaps in their knowledge and not require training for skills they already possess.
For this company, they are looking for an adaptive learning software for employee training that
can provide a personalized experience. This software is needed because keeping employees
well-trained and up to date with everything is very important. Having adaptive learning
software will allow the company to see each employee's existing skills, learning pace, and
knowledge and revise the learning to each employee’s understanding and strengths. This
software will make for all employees to be engaged as each training fits their learning style and
it will also help the training process move a lot faster as each employee will understand
everything being learned in training. With Design Adaptivity learning software you will be able
