Sub: Appointment as a Consultant

With reference to your application and discussions, we are pleased to appoint you as a
Consultant (Tendering on the following terms and conditions:

1. Tenure of your consultancy shall be for a period of Twenty four months, beginning
from 9th January 2023 (extendable by further periods of 12 months).
2. Your Con_ultancy can be ferminated earlier with Two Month.notice on either side,
without assigning any reason.
3. You will be paid an amount of Rs. 8000/- per month (Rupees Eight Thousand per
month) during the period of Consultancy. An incentive of 0.5% of Sale generated by your
efforts on GEM portal through Tendering will also be paid to you, which would be
calculated at the end of month. The calculation of Sale would be done at the end of
complete transaction including receipt of payment.
6. You will not disclose or discuss with any outsider any detail about the Company,
Projects, documents, commercial offer, design documents, cost & Estimation,
Technology, Software packages license, company's policies, Company's patterns & Trade
Markand Company's Human assets profile.
7. You will be required to comply with all such rules and regulations as the Company may
frame from time to time.
8. Any of our technical or other important information which might come into your
possession during the continuance of your assignment with us shal not be disclosed,
thereafter.

9.If at any time you are found to be guilty of any kind of fraud, dishonesty, disobedience,
unruly behaviour, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission or any
other conduct considered by us deterrent to our interest or of violation of one or more
terms of this letter, your consultancy may be terminated without notice and on account
of reason of any of the acts or omission the company shall be entitled to recover the
damages from you.
