QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE WAIVER

out of and in connection with my termination.

That effective the aforementioned date, I shall not, in any manner, access, copy,
reproduce, sell and/or use for any means any and all files, data, projects and/or other materials I
have acquired and/or produced by virtue of my employment with this Company. That I shall

produced by virtue of my employment are properly endorsed to my immediate supervisor prior
to the signing of this waiver.
