Pre-Order Agreement

Both parties agree on the following terms of this Agreement:

1. Customer agrees to purchase the following product from PMC amounting to _________________

2. Upon signing of this Agreement, Customer shall pay PMC a non-refundable amount of at least Ten
Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) as security deposit via:

3. The security deposit paid shall be deducted from the total purchase price of the device chosen by the
Customer.

4. Customer agrees to settle the remaining balance in the amount of _______________________

(P______________________) on or before October 22, 2023, deducting the security deposit actually
paid in the amount of ___________________________ (P_____________________).

5. Failure to pay on or before the date stated in the Agreement shall forfeit the security deposit which
shall be converted to a store credit that the Customer may use in purchasing other product/s sold by
PMC.

6. The customer agrees that, upon payment of the security deposit, any request for cancellation, refund
and/or change of store (for pick-up), device, model or specifications shall not be entertained, except
in instances allowed under applicable laws and rules.

7. If full payment has been made for the device, the customer may no longer opt to change the mode of
payment. On that note, reversal of transactions due to change in payment method shall not be
allowed.

8. PMC reserves the right to determine customers eligibility for any promotion. Similarly, PMC has the
absolute discretion to change/update its promotions without notice.

Both parties guarantee that they have fully understood and have accepted the terms and conditions stated in this
Agreement. Customer acknowledges that upon signing this document, the same does not contain any blank space and
that he is entitled to an exact, true copy of this Agreement upon request.
