ORDER:
As per the above subject the incumbent Smt., K. Sita Mahalakshmi, Gr-II Head
Mistress, ZPHS, Kandlagunta, Veldurthy Mandal, Palnadu District has submitted proposals for
sanction of the Gr-II Head Mistress post scale in time scale of 54060-140540 and for pay fixation
as the incumbent has been promoted to the Gr-II Head Mistress post as per vide Ref No: 4 cited
above. The incumbent has exercised option to fix his pay as per FR22 (B) on the date of
Increment i.e. on 07-07-2023 in the lower scale vide Ref No: 5.

Her pay is fixed as follows.

1. Date of Promotion as Gr-II Head Mistress : 07-07-2023
2. Existing scale on promotion : 54060-140540
3. The Pay allowed to promotion post : 57100-147760
4. Existing pay as on 06-07-2023 in the
SA post in the scale 54060-140540 : Rs.83000.00

5. Sanctioned AGI on 01-07-2023 : Rs.85240.00

6. Pay fixed in the Gr-II HM post under

FR: 22(a)(i) w.e.f., 07-07-2023 in the scale of
57100-147760 : Rs.87480.00

7. Pay was refixed as per FR22(B) in the Junior

Assistant Post Scale of 57100-147760
w.e.f 07-07-2023 : Rs.89720.00

8. Date of next increment : 01-07-2024

9. Monitory benefit with effect from : 07-07-2023

The individual is further informed that if any erroneous initial fixation is found in future
in audit the pay will be fixed without any prior notice and the excess entire paid amount will be
recovered in lump sum from the salary.
And the above Pay fixation recorded in the Original Service Register of the individual
under proper attestation.
