App Users &general information

1- App Admin:
- assign project’s code to Foreman and project Engineer.
- Identify Max manhours for each project with flexibility to extend.
2- Data Entry (MH): - Site foreman: Enter Manpower info (Names &
Employment # ) against assigned SOC # /Project’s Code.
3- Project Engineer:
- Approve, Modify, or reject (return to foreman) of submitted Data.
- Enter Staff Info (Foreman and site engineers).
4- Manager:
- Approval of entered Data by engineers.
- Modify entered data and project’s Code.
- Approval if Staff Time sheet.
5- Timekeeper: Receive entered data – Convert entered data to Excel file.
- Enter the manpower master list and ability to modify it
(Addition/Deletion).
6- App Dashboard:
- Calculate Total daily man hours.
- Charged man hours against each project.
- Total consumed manhours weekly then monthly.
7- Ability to upgrade the app to include procurement and other
aspects/disciplines.
8- App Maintenance and upgrade??
9- App security?
10- App utilization/usage rights.
11- Number of App users??
