General Requirements :
(1-13) Min. Bachelor degree (S-1)
Engineers should have more than 8 years experience at same field (2,3,4,5,7,11,13).
Engineers should have more than 11 years experience at same field for Senior Engineer (1,6,8,9,10,12).
(1-13) A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.
(1-13) Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work.
(1-13) Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements.
(1-13) The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team.
(1-13) Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others.
(1-13) High attention to detail and proactive follow up.
(1-13) The willingness to take responsibility as delegated and make decisions at appropriate times within the authority level.
(1-13) Striving for excellence in efficiency, safety and profitability.
(4,5,11,12) Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment and 2D AutoCAD in all aspects of daily work.
(4,5,8) Schedule management skill – provide deliverables on time.
(11) Schedule planning/management of machineries or packaged equipment RFQ, technical bid evaluation, order placement,
after order detailed engineering.
(11) Ability to identify risks, ability to assess customer requirements and based which to coordinate the relevant equipment
vendors and the customer.
(11) Ability of communication and collaboration with various parties involved in the project/trouble.

Active Fire Protection design (Specification, Equipment Layout, Hydraulics,
Surge Analysis, Deluge Spray Arrangement, Procurement Works, 3D Model
Review)
F&G System design (Specification, Detector Selection & Layout, Block Flow
Key Responsibilites of Senior I&C Engineer (ES_SRIC) &
Diagram, Cause & Effect Diagram, Mapping Study)
I&C Engineer (ES_IC) :
Passive Fire Protection design (Specification, Identification of Fire Hazardous
Equipment, Typical Details of PFP, PFP Layout, Recommendation of PFP
Material)
Key Responsibilities of Senior HVAC Engineer (ES_HVAC) &
Senior Building Engineer (ES_BLD) :
Work as part of the Building Engineering Project Team with specific
responsibility for Design of Buildings associated with Oil & Gas plants such as
administration building, control building, substation, warehouse and
laboratory.
Fulfilling the following duties of EPC project in related to the building
engineering responsibility above (ES_BLD);
(1) Preparation of basic design documents including conceptual design and
project specifications for design, materials and construction for Building
works, for customer's approval
(2) Control of associated detailed design work in aspects of quality and
schedule
(3) Coordination of interfaces among architect, structural engineering, HVAC
facility design and other associated equipment
(4) Assistance for supply of construction material and equipment for building
works
(5) Assistance for building works construction such as evaluation of
subcontractor and management of the site activity
Fulfilling the following duties of EPC project in related to the building
engineering responsibility above (ES_HVAC);
(1) Preparation of basic design documents including conceptual design and
project specifications for HVAC system, for customer's approval
(2) Control of associated detailed design work in aspects of quality and
schedule
(3) Coordination of interfaces among architect, structural engineering and
other associated equipment
(4) Assistance for supply of HVAC equipment
(5) Assistance for equipment installation work such as evaluation of
subcontractor and management of the site activity
Key Responsibilities for Industrial Machinery Engineer / Package Equipment
Engineer (ES_ME) :
Work as a Machinery/Packaged Equipment Engineer handling various
machineries and packaged equipment. The responsibilities and duties in the
experience desire to cover the following aspects.
Assisting equipment cost estimation for machineries and packaged equipment
in EPC bidding task
Preparing RFQ document package for machineries and packaged equipment
Conducting technical bid evaluation of machineries and packaged equipment
vendor quotation and preparing selected vendor recommendation
Conducting machineries and packaged equipment vendor document review
for technical assurance after placing order to the vendor
Making engineering information and coordination with the other disciplines
Overall engineering execution for I&C design
Review of input/Output engineering design information
Coordination work with interface disciplines, such as Civil, Piping,
Electrical, Building, HSE, Painting, Insulation and others.
Coordination work with Client, Vendors, engineering subcontractors and
others
Coordination work to align design interface among internal other teams
such as field device, system, analyzer, construction, etc.
Prepare, Check and Approve technical bid evaluation report
Design, Prepare, Review and Approve the following drawings/deliverables
as majority:
- P&ID
- Instrumentation design philosophy, ICSS design philosophy,
architecture and system configuration
- Process Control Narrative and Couse & Effect
- Instrument Index and I/O list
- Instrument Data Sheet
- Instrument and Valve Calculation Sheet
- Data sheet for On-line Analyzer and Custody Metering
- Instrument Building / Room Layout (Cabinet Layout),
Instrument Plot Plan
- Drawing
- Cable Schedule & Cable Layout Drawing
- Instrument Wiring and Connection Diagram
- Construction Typical Drawing
- Field Installation Hook-ups
- Preparation of Inquiry package, including Requisitions
Prepare technical correspondence and query to Client
Preparation of Equipment/Material selection and MTO
(Material Take-Off)
Vendor document review and approval
Manage and incorporate project requirement into Packaged Systems
such as Boilers, Compressors and so on
Manage engineering sub-contractor (Outsource)
Responsible for man power and agreed execution man hours under his
control
Responsible for engineering deliverable schedule under his control
Plan site construction schedule for Instrumentation and Control
Field Engineering work in Construction site/Module fabrication yard
Other necessary work requested/instructed by supervisors

Key Responsibities of Senior Process Engineer (ES_SRPRO) &
Process Engineer (ES_PRO)
Process optimization,
Preparation and Development of basis of design, heat and mass balance,
process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment and instrument sizing and data
sheet,
Hydraulic calculation, thermal rating of shell & tube heat exchangers and
pressure relieving calculation,
Process simulation (HYSYS/Pro-II)
Estimation of utility consumption,
Preparation of operation manual,
Managing to the overseas engineering centers,
Interface & coordination design activities, managing to the process related
parties, such as Client and the other EPC contractors,
Key Responsibities of Civil Struktural Engineer (ES_STRUC) :
Complete the work as a structural lead engineer of piperack, equipment
supporting structure, shelter, platform, miscellaneous support, and those
foundation for oil refinery projects, LNG plant projects, and/or gas processing
plant projects:
PJ coordination in terms of structural engineering with client, other
disciplines, piping and structural layout engineers, engineering
subcontractors etc.
Prepare design specification, standard drawing, work instructions and
procedures
Plan structural layout at the initial stage of engineering and update as per
requirements and instructions on stick-built / module structures
Structural analysis as per relevant international codes and/or project
specifications/guidelines
Control design status and schedule for structural activities
Control cost (manhour and BQ) for structural activities
Check engineering subcontractor’s products(3D model, MTO data, design
drawing, calculation notes and foundation loading data etc.)
Review vendor’s drawing and other disciplines drawing
Review 3D model and coordinate structural layout with other disciplines and
engineering subcontractors to avoid clash
Coordination design changes with other disciplines, engineering
subcontractor to minimize impact
Communication and coordination with steel fabricators, construction
subcontractor and engineering subcontractors

Key Responsibities of Piping Stress Engineer (ES_PSE) &
Piping 3D Designer (ES_S3D) :
Complete the work as a Piping Layout Engineer for oil refinery projects,
LNG plant projects, and/or gas processing plant projects:
PJ coordination in terms of plot plan and piping layout with client, other
disciplines, engineering subcontractors etc...
Preparing plot plan / piping layout as per relevant international codes
and/or project specifications/guidelines
Control status and schedule for piping layout activities
Review vendor’s drawing
Check deliverables and/or 3D Model submitted from Engineering
Subcontractors
Piping stress analysis as per relevant international codes and/or project
specifications/guidelines
Control status and schedule for piping stress analysis activities
Check sub contractor’s engineering products
Prepare work instructions and procedures for stress analysis
Review Iso drawing in terms of piping stress analysis
Piping support design
Key Responsibities of Senior Civil Engineer (ES_SCVL) &
Civil Engineer (ES_CVL) :
Design of site grading plan
Design of underground facility layout
Hydraulic design of the drainage network
Design of earth structure
Design of road and pavement
Concrete structural design
Concrete foundation design
Structural design for steel frame
Fulfilling the following duties of EPC project in related to the civil
engineering responsibility above (ES-SRCVL);
(1) Verification of customer's requirements
(2) Preparation of the conceptual design and project specifications
for materials, design and construction for Civil works
(3) Control of design schedule and progress as well as design quality
(4) Management of the Civil Works construction activity
Fulfilling the following duties of EPC project in related to the civil
engineering responsibility above (ES-CVL);
(1) Preparation of the conceptual design and project specifications
as well as detailed design calculation for materials, design and
construction for Civil works
(2) Control of design schedule and progress as well as design quality
(3) Field engineering for the Civil Works construction activity
