Bước 1: CBCT 1 vào Google Meet, bật Webcam, điểm danh, phổ biến các phần thi và hướng dẫn
chung cho tất cả thí sinh, bật chế độ ghi hình google meet.

Bước 2: CBCT 1 gọi tên 2 thí sinh đầu tiên chuẩn bị và giám sát thời gian thi. CBCT 2 chọn 1 đề thi cho
2 thí sinh, thông báo chủ đề phần 2 và gọi 2 thí sinh bắt đầu bài thi khi hết 5 phút chuẩn bị.

Bước 3: CBCT 2 sẽ hỏi cả 2 Thí sinh và chấm điểm Phần 1. CBCT 1 chỉ nghe và chấm đồng thời.

Bước 4: CBCT 2 yêu cầu 2 Thí sinh hội thoại về chủ đề Phần 2 (3-4 phút, 6 điểm). Dựa vào phần trình
bày và thời gian cho phép, CBCT 1 và 2 cùng cho điểm Phần 2.

Lưu ý:
- CBCT 1 là giáo viên giảng dạy lớp có sv thi, kiểm tra danh sách thi, đối chiếu thông tin Thẻ sinh
viên/CMND và quan sát thí sinh.
- CBCT 2 đảm nhiệm phần đặt câu hỏi, đề nghị các thí sinh chưa được gọi tên tắt camera và mic để
tránh tiếng ồn.
- Điểm thi của Thí sinh là điểm trung bình chung của cả 2 CBCT.
- CBCT 1 rà soát danh sách thí sinh dự thi, trường hợp vắng hay vi phạm quy chế ghi vào cột ghi chú,
ghi đầy đủ chủ đề thi và điểm từng phần thi + điểm tổng và gửi link ghi hình google meet theo hướng
dẫn của TTNN.
