-Custodial group members have an I.Q. level of 25; this group consists of
slow learners who are difficult to teach in schoolwork or activities. While the
trainable group has an I.Q. level of about 25 to 50, they need to be taught or
trained to be able to acquire higher academic skills. The educated group, on the
other hand, is the group of fast learners, with I.Q.s ranging from 50 to 75, and
has the ability to develop occupational skills, while the borderline or low
normal group is the highest group among the three, with I.Q.s ranging from 75
to 89, and can usually get by in regular classes.
IV. What is the difference between Reception and Study Center to Child Placing
Agency?
-First, I will ask the teenage girl if she’s brave enough to tell what
happened to her and if she agreed, I will allow her to narrative what happen,
after hearing her story I will identify if it is whether physical, sexual,
psychological abuse or emotional abuse which are under the RA.9262 and after
that I will give her background or knowledge about those kinds of abuse and
the RA 9262 which later on will help her to have justice of what happened.
Moreover, I will explain the physical violence which refers to acts that include
bodily or physical harm. Next is sexual abuse which include harassment, rape
or using sex objects etc. And for physical and emotional abuse, it includes,
harsh words or threats that can affect someone's feelings that she can’t forget
or it always comes in her mind. After giving some knowledge I will ask her if
she have someone or guardian that she trusts and encourage her to seek help
from them and assist them to ask the legal authorities for proper help to file the
case.
