 If item “throttle” has a change between 0-100%, the accelerator is normal.
 If it can’t rise to 100%, the accelerator needs an adjustment.
 If no change in handset, the accelerator has a problem, please check the wire harness or change
a new one.

·After the battery is charged and connected to the truck, four green
lights up.
·As the truck is used longer, the lights will gradually go out
·It is recommended to charge the truck when only the last light is on. If
the last light is blinking, the truck must be charged, otherwise the
power will be cut off within 5 minutes

4.1.1 Parameters → Drive menu
The whole vehicle is not responding

·The battery is not connected or the battery is dead.


Check if the battery is properly plugged in;
Check that the cable between the battery base and the controller is connected properly;

·The key switch is not open and the connection is disconnected.


Confirm that the key is intact and has been inserted into the key base;
Check if the connection below the base is connected correctly and there is no disconnection;
Use a multimeter to measure the on/off of the two wires of the key switch, and make sure that
when the key is plugged in, the two wires are open;
The key may be damaged.
Sudden power failure during driving

Check whether the battery low

battery and controller is loose
No lift

Use a multimeter to measure the on/off of the lift switch.


Under normal conditions, press the lift button and the
two ends are open.
Check the connection of the lifting switch to the
connector.
The switch is damaged.

The falling wire is deformed and has been in a state of


pressure relief.
Check the cable and reinstall or replace the new cable
No lift

The pump contactor is damaged or the coil is burned out.


Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the two thin
wires of the pump contactor. Under normal circumstances, when
the lift button is pressed, the voltage before the two thin wires is
24V;
If the power is off, use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the two thin wires of the pump contactor. If it is not in
the normal range, replace the new pump contactor.
Check if the two thin wires are disconnected and repair them.

The pump is blocked or damaged


Remove the pump for cleaning and then reinstall it;
The pump is damaged.
The lift speed is low

Pump motor is weak.


• Check the cable of pump motor and tighten it;
• If the pump motor is damaged, replace it with a new
one.

Insufficient or leaking hydraulic fluid.


• Add hydraulic oil;
• Check for leaks and tighten or replace oil can.
The carbon brush is badly worn.
• Replace with a new carbon brush.
After the truck lifting, it will
automatically descend to the
bottom

·Check whether there is any oil


leakage (such as valve block, oil
pipe)

·Check whether there are


impurities in part 22. If so, please
clean and reinstall it

·If there is a slight drop after


lifting to the top, it is normal, and
the oil return pipe is working
Truck can only lift 800kg weight goods but drive is ok and battery is full,
how can we check and solve it?

1.Dismantle the hydraulic station base plate


and internal magnet.

2.Remove the gear pump and Dismantle the


cover plates on both sides .

3.Replace the two sealing rings.


4.Install the cover plates on both sides .
(Notice①②)

5.Fasten the gear pump back to the


hydraulic station and fixed, and the torque is
7.95~8N·M.
The truck can’t move, the LED is
flashing at a frequency of 2,2

·Please check whether the emergency


reverse switch (belly switch) is stuck,
normally closed
The truck can’t move, the LED is
flashing at a frequency of 3,1

·This may because inching switch triggered in


advance or open circuit fault

You can check the inching switch and the


corresponding harness

If the steel balls or reeds on the inching switch


push against the housing, reset them and try
again
Oil leakage occurred at the position of
number 1 in the picture

Because the pipe may be bent and cause oil


leakage, if this problem is encountered, the
pipe with a slightly larger diameter can be Before
replaced or the original pipe can be reinforced

After
When lifting a pallet with a large
weight goods (1000kg) the battery
indicator drops suddenly

When lifting heavy goods, the detected


voltage will decrease due to the large
voltage difference, and the power will
return to normal after about 5 seconds

Part 5. Error code and processing

There are two ways you can get the error code from controller.

First way: connect your handset to controller, enter “Diagnostics” menu


to see error list.

Second way: get a error code through observing flashing


times of diagnostic LED. A normal vehicle’s diagnostic
LED is on all the time. When there is a fault, diagnostic
LED will flash in different phase, that is the error code.
The following figure shows error code 1,4.
