Stage
Physical Changes My voice became deeper.
My Adam’s apple became more prominent.
Hair grew faster in my face and body.
My skin on the upper arms and thighs became rough.
I became taller and heavier.
My muscles developed rapidly.
My bones became harder.

Mental or Intellectual Changes I became more egocentric by caring more of myself.


I became more active by participating in cooperative learning
activities.
I became more critical in thinking and in making decisions.
I discovered my abilities to control and coordinate my thoughts
with my actions and deeds.
I focused more my attention on what I want to listen to.
Emotional Changes I felt more mood swings.
I became more sensitive to criticisms, vulnerable to one-sided
arguments.
I became more hopeful by searching for adult identity and
acceptance.
I became more emotional in instances.
Social Changes I became more argumentative with my peers.
I enjoyed time with friends most especially those whom I share
the same interest with.
I gave loyalty to peer values.
I idolized social media roles.
Moral-Spiritual Changes I explored moral and ethical issues.
I asked unanswerable questions about the meaning of life.
I became more reflective, introspective, and analytical about
my thoughts and feelings.
I have depended on influences of home and religious
institutions for moral and ethical choices and behaviours.
I analyzed strengths and weaknesses to understand and accept
myself better.
