    Hello! My name is Ariel ____. I am 7 years old. I got to Brighton School. Do you

    know Kimchi? Kimchi is a traditional Korean food. I like to eat Kimchi! Do you like

    to eat Kimchi? Many people in Korea eat Kimchi.

    Kimchi is a type of banchan. Kimchi is the most famous. Did you know that there

    are many types of Kimchi? It’s true!

    There are other kinds of Kimchi. Have you tried Nabak Kimchi? Nabak Kimchi is

    watery! It has chili pepper in it! The chili pepper makes it pink! So cute! Nabak

    Kimchi is like Dongchimi. Do you know about Dongchimi? In Korea we eat it in

    the winter. There is also Chonggak Kimchi. Have you heard of it? Chonggak

    Kimchi is made with a whole radish! Even the stems and leaves!

    You should eat Kimchi! It is very healthy! There is lots of vitamins in Kimchi. You

    can eat a lot of Kimchi.
