Procedure to be maintained for PG 6" & UG 4" Semester Examinations will be held in Online Mode using MCQ method, Each department's HOD / OIC will create a students’ and teachers’ \whatsapp group in advance. Answer sheet format will be provided in college website by 18-09-2020. Candidates need to download the same and take its printout in advance wart. the no of papers to appear. For example : UG students need to take 03 nos of print outs for Core-13, Core-14 and DSE-3 papers. larly PG students need to take 04 nos of print outs for P-401, P-402, P-403 and P-404 papers. Questions will be sent to department wise whatsapp groups in time as per examination schedule through College Examination Cell. A question set will have 30 questions for paper with maximum 60 marks and 40 questions for paper with maximum 80 marks. AIL are compulsory, c indidate needs to write his/her Roll No, Date of Examination, Subject, Paper No, Paper description and put his/her signature at specified spaces before the commencement of the examination. Marking of answers for each question to be done by darkening one of the option circles (a or b or ¢ or d). Choosing multiple answers, improper darker 1g of circle will be considered as wrong answer. After the examination is over, the pdf file or image file of the answer sheet to be mailed to respective given departmental email-ids by 12.10 PM. Non-receipt of the same by 12.10 PM will be marked as ABSENT in that paper. Candidates are advised to send the same as soon as they finish answering within given time in order to avoid any hindrance..
