Objective: Obtain a full time position in power systems design engineering

EDUCATION
Iowa State University - Ames, Iowa — B.S. Electrical Engineering - May 2024
EXPERIENCE
Constellation Energy Nuclear Power Generating Station - Cordova, Illinois —
Operations Intern (June 2023 - Present)
● Implementing Constellation Dynamic Procedures to digitize paper-based procedures and configure
and test smart capabilities and logic.
● Gaining familiarity with system purposes, flow paths, power supplies, interlocks, and interconnected
systems through equipment operator shadowing.
● Creating a document that identifies systems and their characteristics for possible future reference

Tokyo Electron Manufacturing and Engineering - Chaska, Minnesota — Electrical

Engineer I (May 2022 - July 2022)
● Assisted in Poseidon 2 Alpha System and Burnish Test Stand project development
● Provided documentation of modifications made to characteristics of parts used for manufacturing of
semiconductor tools
● Collaborated with teams of engineers to identify problems and solutions for projects in the
preliminary design phase

PROJECTS
Digital Logic - CPRE 281 -— Stack Arithmetic
● Designed and developed a logic system in Quartus Prime to display a user stack on an Altera field
programmable gate array (FPGA) unit’s seven segment display
● The user stack enabled push/pop operations which allowed the user to (push) values into the stack
through binary input and remove (pop) values from the top of the stack

Circuits and Systems - EE 230 -— Active Crossover Network

● Designed a circuit that takes a single audio frequency input and produces three separate outputs
based on an input frequency
● The outputs are used to divide the audio into specific parts that would be sent to the woofer,
mid-range, and tweeter of a three-way speaker system

LEADERSHIP & INVOLVEMENT

Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers -— President
● The official spokesperson for the organization, manage the other operation officers and the
day-to-day affairs of the organization
● Responsible for all business concerning the organization including the management of the
organization and establishing policies

Engineers Without Borders -— Clinical Electrical Team

● Currently working on power generation and distribution through the community and for the clinic
project by means of battery storage and photovoltaic cell research

SKILLS
Spanish speaking, basic computer knowledge (Autodesk Inventor, CAD, Quartus Prime, ModelSim, Creo
Draft, and PTC Windchill), novice/beginner in VBA, Excel, C language, and Verilog.
