    Program Name: MBA

    Attempt ANY ONE of the following activities and prepare a detailed report of at least 30
    pages.

    1. Create a decision-making scenario where students must make choices based on limited
    information and resources of the company. Discuss their decision-making processes, including
    risk assessment, information gathering and the impact of their choices by giving current
    examples.

    2. Visit any company nearest to your place of residence and identify the problem facing by it.
    Observe how employees of different departments are coordinating, work delegation and
    communication. Afterwards, discuss in details the importance of teamwork and leadership in
    management and make a report on it with suggestive solutions on problems whichever the company
    is facing on above mentioned areas.

    3. Visit to any retail outlet nearest to your place of residence identify the specific product from it
    and study on its market segment, explain the criteria for segmentation and suggest marketing
    approaches for each segment.

    Note: Learners are requested to go through the detailed guidelines provided on the LMS
    before submitting the final report.
