Technical Skills:

. Experience with SIP telephony/SIP phones, SBC and/or System and Session Manager
. Strong Avaya UC and CC experience at solution level spanning multiple Avaya products.
. Avaya ACDS and/or ACSS Certification and Experience on many of the solutions outlined below -
o Team Engagement, Aura Core, IX Workplace, IX Meetings, IX Messaging, CC Elite, CMS,
Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others.
. Integration of Avaya systems with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts – CRM, Call Recording,
Workforce Optimization, and others.
. Strong SIP Session Management and SIP protocol experience.
. Strong experience in Linux OS
. Core Data Networking and Network Management
. Security Architecture and Design – signaling and media encryption
. Programming – HTML, CSS, Java Scripts, Python, REST API, Postman
. Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
. Create and document Architecture

Job Description:

(This is a true Architect position do design experience is 100% must have)

. Acts as an independent Cloud Architect in support of creation and deployment of
reference architecture
designs to be consumed for global deployments of Avaya UC and CC solutions.
. Individual Contributor that designs, installs, configures, customizes, implements and
documents Avaya
CC and UC reference solutions.
. Deploy the reference solutions via Automation and fine-tune on an on-going basis. Use VMware
tools
such as vSphere and vCenter for deployment.
. 5-7 years of proven industry experience working with Avaya solution installations and
configurations.
. Ability to support multiple initiatives at any given time.
. Provides management updates and reports on project responsibilities, progress, dependencies,
risks and escalations.
. Ability to work independently and in team environments with discipline in a remote/home working
environment.

Must have recent experience as an Avaya Architect (If there job

title isn’t an architect, then the resume should show design,
implementation, engineering and etc)

Experience in both UC and CC would be a plus (However,

need to be strong in at least UC or CC)

Strong background with Aura products and should be recent

Experience working with Avaya’ s “Pre-Sales” team
