AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ______________________Filipino, married, of legal age and residing at

_______________________________, do hereby stipulate the following:

• That, I am the LEGAL OWNER of the parcel of lot which is the subject for
investigation, and verification by means of excavation for the purpose of
recovering relics/artifacts/precious metals of high intrinsic value.

• That, I recognize the person listed below as my Partner in the exploration

project in my property of located in ___________, .Placer Masbate

• That, I agree to share the TEN PERCENT (10%) from entire recovery that I
shall derive from the above-mentioned exploration project, with my partner
namely ;

MR. Eduardo Allana

• That I understand the participation of Mr. Allana and his team is limited
only to provide technical evaluation using their instruments and provide
sound and practical approach in the execution of the agreed procedures.

• That I allow maximum of two (2) personnels of Mr. Allana to served as

adviser and instrument operator and technician for monitoring and
assessment of the project site.

• That I assumed responsibility for giving weekly monetary remuneration in the

amount of P.2,500 each for the personnels assigned in the project.

• That I assumed responsibility also in providing food And accommodation for

the personnels designated to monitor the progress of the excavation.
